Discounts

Multiple Student Tuition Discount: Families with two or more children will receive a tuition discount for each child as follows: Student in the highest grade level is considered as the first child.
• 2nd child – 5%
• 3rd child – 10%
• 4th child and up – 15%
**Fees are not included. Fees are additional. Only one discount per family will apply.

Military Discount: Active duty military families will receive a 7% discount on the yearly tuition.

Early Payment Discount: Families paying tuition in full at the time of submitting a contract will receive a discount of 3% on tuition, regardless of any other discounts applied.

Merit Scholarships

MERIT SCHOLARSHIP: One student will be awarded 50% off the yearly tuition based on Christian character, academic performance, and teachers’ evaluations. This scholarship will be effective on October 1, 2017. Scholarship application will be due no later than September 1, 2017.

Application Checklist

Applying to ILA is a simple three-step process. First, complete the application process and submit to the secretary by mail (4413 Wishart Rd, Virginia Beach, 23455), scanned email (rdbrown@ivyleagueacad.org), fax (757-499-1999) or hand deliver to the school office. The application can be found online or requested to be sent via mail by calling the school office at 757-499-6064.  Second, the secretary will create a file and fax to receive school records from the previous school.  Any other necessary information not sent in school records will be requested for the parent to submit. Third, the secretary will schedule an interview with the family to determine if a partnership could exist between the home and the school. If accepted, the family (students and parents) will be notified at the culmination of the interview.

Step 1: Application & Interview Scheduling

The Secretary will schedule parent/child interview with the Head Master after receipt of all application materials. The following must be present for the interview:

  • Both parents (or parent with sole custody if applicable)
  • All children seeking acceptance

Step 2: Interview

Return all the packet information along with the information listed below to the school office.

  • A copy of a current report card and a transcript (High School)
  • Most recent standardized testing information
  • IEP, 504 Plan, etc. if applicable (any special education documentation)
  • Disciplinary Report from current school
  • Birth Certificate (copy)
  • Immunization Record (copy)
  • Signed last two (2) pages of student handbook
  • Custody Agreement (if applicable)
  • Pre-K and Kindergarten students will need to submit a copy of an entrance physical form from their doctor.

Step 3: Post Interview

Please be prepared to submit the required paperwork at the end of the interview with the registration fee to secure enrollment after acceptance.
